The University for International Cooperation has been using, with great success, for the past 10 years ago, the software Moodle (acronym for Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) as an online learning management system – LMS, for all its programs.
This software, chosen for its performance, versatility and constant updating and improvement (UCI currently uses version 3.1), is a free software and an open source learning management system distributed under the GNU (General Public License); which has been developed using advanced pedagogical principles and that is used for the blended learning, distance education, bimodal and other e-learning projects.
Capterra has ranked the most used LMS in the world and has highlighted the use of Moodle in the first place, with more than 89 million users; which stands out its great acceptance and development.
