Job Description
Applicant will be responsible for the Internet project schedule and the delivery of the online customer experience. Also, will act as liaison between the User Experience/Creative Team and the project team communicating business strategy and requirements to ensure creative assets meet the needs of the business; ensuring all creative deliverables including UI Specs, copy, and flats are aligned to tell the whole story; ensuring branding and creative guidelines are met and ensuring Multilingual Team is engaged for projects that need Spanish or French translation. Moreover, candidate will be the primary point of contact for the eBusiness team regarding project status, task completion, timeline related items, creative related elements, including design, copy, and translation. Establishes and manages the structure of the project, including a project schedule specifying all eBusiness deliverables, including non-creative assets such as Vulnerability Assessment and Business User Acceptance Testing, and completion dates; modifies and communicates the schedule when new tasks are identified or task durations or dependencies change; identifies, documents, and manages issues that may prevent the project from completing on schedule. Toolkit management to include documenting, validating, and closing out issues. Gains approval of creative assets via internal and partner creative reviews and legal approval meetings. Constructs the project folder for record retention. Produces weekly project status reports for eBusiness management.
Required
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design or similar fields.
Project Management degree desirable.
5+ years of project management and agency experience.
Experience implementing Internet related projects.
Experience in banking/credit card industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Project.
Excellent bilingual communication skills (Spanish-English).
Leadership skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
