Stakeholders management is of the utmost importance for achieving project success. It is so important, that the PMI has included Stakeholders, since 2013, as a separate knowledge area that must be mastered for a correct Project Management professional practice.
For this reason, the theory related to stakeholders management in the PMBOK® Guide will be commented, as well as practical issues that come from actual experiences in this field.
